2. Repair Driveway Trail and replace some gravel
3. Add storm water control systems to Driveway Trail
4. Plant additional trees in front buffer area
5. Build and site Owl nest boxes
6. Monitor Bat Colony and take data for Citizen Science

8. Remodel bathroom wall and floor in Gatehouse
9. Construct new Deck for Gatehouse; joist structure//floor and rails
10. Plant long strips of trees along right-side buffer
11. Dig out old underground heating oil tank near Gatehouse
12. Build elevated wetland trail

8. Build 6 trail benches and install with wood chips

10. Install rail fencing along left-side field
11. Do invasive plant control projects
12. Purchase and install compost toilet near Pavilion
