ASCM Garden Grant Program

Here are a few photos of the butterfly garden created by Second and Third Grade students at Deep Run Elementary School in 2008. This particular project was completed in conjunction with the Howard County Science and Gifted and Talented Curricula.
In 2009 the Second Graders of Ilchester Elementary School created the beautiful butterfly garden shown in the photos below. The cylindrical white shelter provides temporary lodging for a few butterfly guests of honor invited to the dedication ceremony.
